Overview

The first level of reporting provides an overview of the vehicles activity in the
day. This is a top level summary.
Daily Driving Report

This report is the next stage on the drill
down process and this report looks at
the start and stops during the day and
provides
all the details related to those activities.
The location of the stop relate to a
postcode will be displayed, with all the
details of start and stop times, plus
distances and times etc. This report is
the starting point for any detailed
investigation during the day.
There is a second version of this report
looking at PTO activity, thus the report can
define when for example a skip is loaded or
unloaded.

The report can be option to show
start/ stops, PTOs or both start /stops
and
PTOs. Thus the report can be used to
generate invoices, form the data captured by
the
Radicom-i.
Detailed Driving Report
The detailed driving report provides a minute by minute report with all the
details of the sensors and output control circuits.
It is important to note that the reports
are just part of the process. When you have
defined your time period you need to review
the two most powerful tools are the detailed
driving report or the playing the History
Trail for the same period.

The reports can be selected to generate
its output down to minutes. Thus if it is
necessary to select a time period of 15
mins where the vehicle
was and what it was doing this can be displayed either
on the map using the
history play capability or in the reports with the time
selected to show a snap
shot of activity.
